I’m Kate Greenslade, a mindfulness coach, PCC accredited transformational coach, certified MBSR mindfulness teacher and BAMBA registered mindfulness teacher. I help people develop a calmer relationship with their thoughts, emotions, body and daily life.

The Moment I Knew Something Had to Change

There was a time when I didn’t want to be me anymore.

I wasn’t enjoying life at all. I felt trapped in my own mind. It was scary, miserable and frustrating.

I’d fallen out of love with my business and had no idea what else I could do, or who I even was without it. I cried most days without knowing why. I felt helpless, lost, and disconnected from myself.

On paper, things looked good.
A lovely husband, supportive friends, family, a beautiful home by the sea.
You might have wondered what the fuss was about.

But I wasn’t present to any of it.

I’d been living as if someone else was making the decisions in my life. I didn’t know who I really was or what mattered to me.

That’s when I turned to mindfulness. And everything changed.

What Is Mindfulness Coaching?


Mindfulness coaching is a practical, supportive way to understand yourself more clearly and relate differently to your thoughts, emotions and patterns.

It brings together mindfulness practice, coaching conversation, body awareness and reflection.

In our sessions, we slow things down so you can notice what’s really happening beneath the surface.

You might begin to see the thoughts that are triggering stress, the beliefs that keep you stuck, the emotional patterns that keep repeating old habits you no longer want, or the places where your body has been trying to get your attention.

You’ll start to feel more at home in yourself as I teach you how to:

  • Take charge of your thoughts so they no longer run the show

  • Let go of the need to argue or prove yourself

  • Accept yourself and feel at peace with who you are

  • Create space in your mind to think clearly and calmly

  • Ground your nervous system so you’re less reactive

  • Be with difficult emotions without being swept away by them

  • Feel more joy, even in the ordinary moments of life
