What is Mindfulness Coaching?

Mindfulness coaching is a unique blend of mindfulness and meditation, transformational coaching, somatic coaching, the latest neuroscience and positive psychology.

It uses the wisdom of mindfulness to learn how to live better in the present moment, and it uses transformational coaching methods to help you to get clear about the future you want and exactly how you’re going to get there. It’s the perfect partnership.

When we only focus on future goals we’re missing a crucial part of the experience. The now. So to bring your future to life, you need to be able to be present for each step, to manage unhelpful thinking patterns, to regulate emotions when things get tough (because they will), and to increase your belief in yourself and change the harsh inner critic to a softer more kind voice.

Applying techniques from these disciplines helps you make the meaningful lasting changes you want in your life. It’s not a quick fix or an easy road - I’m not going to lie - but it will be the most significant thing you do for yourself, your wellbeing and your mental health.

Certifications and Accreditations

Kate Greenslade is a certified mindfulness coach. She is a PCC accredited transformational life coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). A certified mindfulness MBSR teacher, registered with BAMBA (the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches). She holds a First Aid for Mental Health certificate and has completed the following training: Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, The Neuroscience of Change, The Wisdom of Trauma, Reiki level 1 and Public Speaking training and coaching.
