I was experiencing anxiety and stress around my family situation and important decisions I needed to make. Kate was my coach for a series of 4 mindfulness sessions. Although the sessions were online, Kate was able to immediately create a safe and quiet space, open for us to share our thoughts and ask our questions. I really enjoyed these sessions. I tried to meditate in the past but only after I did these guided sessions did I start to see the purpose and value of it.
 
I now think there are other ways of being successful, rather than just working hard and being good at a job.
